At the very outset at Gold Enterprises planned and visualized the creation of uncluttered premium apartments with impeccable quality, luxurious large spaced rooms and with all master bedrooms in each flat.

To create luxury we needed to eliminate all aspects of clutter normally associated with the concept of flats. One will notice that we've provided two lifts for just 14 exclusive flats - because luxury and clutter are incongruous and cannot be juxtaposed.
